Exchange and refund policy

The product can be returned and exchanged after approval by the store within 3 days from the time of receipt of the order, in case the product is in a damaged condition or is not similar to the data recorded on it or recorded in the order, provided that the order is in its original condition, not opened or used.

If the product is damaged or does not match the data recorded on it, the product will be checked and the problem verified. If a defect or damage is found, and the product is eligible for a refund, the return procedure will be initiated immediately, using the same method as the payment was made.

In case the customer wishes to return the product after receiving it for a personal reason, and it has nothing to do with the condition of the product, the customer shall bear the value of the basic shipping and delivery fees without reduction, and the customer shall bear any amounts incurred as a result of the return process.

The order is not canceled if the order is special, and it was prepared based on specific details from you.

The original purchase receipt must be attached when ordering an exchange or return of products.

If the return is accepted, the customer has the right to refund the value of their purchases or exchange them for another product at the customer's choice.

The value of purchases made through credit cards or electronic payment will be returned to the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) working days.

The customer must follow up on the payment procedures by referring to the bank branch with which he deals.
